Questions
Which photo should I send?
A sharp photo, facing the camera or at a slight angle, where the face is well lit and fills a good part of the picture. A phone photo works perfectly. Avoid screenshots and blurry photos, and there's no need to cut it out yourself.
How long before the race should I order?
Your Big Head ships within 4 working days, then delivery usually takes two to three days. We recommend ordering about ten days before the race to be on the safe side.
Can I see the result before paying?
Yes. The preview shows their face cut out, at the chosen size, just as it will be printed. You can reframe, change the photo or the size as many times as you like before ordering.
Do I need the consent of the person pictured?
Yes. Their face belongs to them, and you confirm when ordering that you have their consent. For a surprise, the agreement of someone close who knows them well is usually enough, but that's your call.
What do you do with the photo?
It is used only to make your Big Head. We delete it once the order has shipped, and it is never reused or shown anywhere else.
Does it hold up in the rain?
Yes. PVC doesn't mind water and the print won't run. The board stays rigid even in strong wind, unlike a cardboard sign.
Can I order several different heads?
Yes. Create the first one, then start again with another photo. For the same face, you can order up to three copies, and each head then costs up to 60% less.
